Our spacious and bright family villa is located in the gated community of Regal Palms, just 20 minutes from the gates of Disney. Regal Palms has two private pools as part of a 2-acre swimming pavillion, including a waterslide, lazy river and beach-entry pool perfect for your little ones. There is an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, children’s outdoor and indoor playgrounds, beach volleyball court, tiki bar, and exercise room with sauna and steam room. The resort just opened a brand new Spa (Cenote), Restaurant/Bar (Frankie Farrells), and our newest addition, an ice cream parlour. The onsite restaurant and bar overlooks the pool, and you can enjoy a drink on the patio or pool area, including the poolside tiki bar. The restaurant also offers an arcade/playground area for the kids. On top of all that, Regal Palms offers a ticket desk for your entertainment needs and a mini store for those little things you need onsite. Regal Palms offers picnic/BBQ areas throughout the resort and is conveniently located within walking distance to Publix, iHop, CVS pharmacy, Applebees, liquor store, bank, and several other restaurants/stores. It is a short drive from the local Walmart (5 minutes) and approximately 8 miles from Posner Park, which hosts JC Penney, Super Target, Belk, Payless, Best Buy, Petsmart, Staples and Ross.
The Resort is perfectly situated adjacent from the scenic and highly rated Highlands Reserve Golf Club and short drive from some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Champions Gate, Orange County National, Reunion and Diamond Players Club. This is a golfer’s mecca.
Perhaps most importantly, your family will love the short drive to Disney World, the happiest place on earth. Why wait for shuttles when you can drive your family to the doors of fun, fun, fun!!! This is the perfect location to enjoy it all! Our premium villa is also a short drive to Seaworld (approx. 20 minutes), Universal Studios (approx. 30 minutes), ESPN (13 miles) and Legoland (approx. 35 minutes).
Our townhouse villa has been freshly updated and boasts new stainless steel appliances and furniture. It has 3 bedrooms, including one room with a Queen bed, a children's bedroom with a twin/double bunkbed, and a King bed with the master suite. All beds have mattress protectors. It has 2.5 baths and flat screen TV’s in the living room and every bedroom. It accommodates 8 people comfortably in the three bedrooms. There is also a playpen, high chair, stroller, baby gate, and step stool for infant/toddler family members. Our villa offers you free secured Wifi internet and unlimited Long Distance to both Canada and the USA. Cable offers over 200 HD channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes new Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle and all your dishes/glasses, pots/pans and bakeware. We have a dining room with seating for 6 people. There is a desk/work area just within the sliding glass doors. The Villa offers cordless phones, DVD/Blueray players, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. We have in-suite laundry (full-sized washer/dryer) and housekeeping available (if you choose to arrange) during your stay. The villa also has private parking for two cars and a back patio for you to enjoy an evening drink or morning coffee. If you require any assistance during your stay, rest assured that we have onsite property management that will assist you. There is also exterior video surveillance on the property entrances, for the added security of our guests and to monitor compliance with rental rules. For families with small children, we have provided for you a playpen, high chair, small stroller, baby gate and step stool. The children’s bedroom also has a child-sized table and chairs and a few toys. So, sit back, let your children have the time of their lives and cherish all the special moments. We want you to enjoy our home as much as our young family does.
Please note: Regal Palms charges $17.50/day per home (not person), payable upon check-in. (Note: fee will be reduced to only $9.63/day for stays of 25 days or more in the months from November to March). This fee enables you to enjoy all the amenities that the resort has to offer.
A deposit of $250 is refundable in full following your stay, with the following conditions: Failure to report all guests/pets on the property, damaged/missing items in the home and smoking in the home will all result in forfeiture of all/some of the security deposit and rental monies paid.
The brand new spa, Cenote, offers many new features and services, including massages, manicures and pedicures. The new restaurant, tiki bar and bar, Frankie Farrells, also just opened in April 2018, and offers an exciting new menu and dining overlooking the pool.
*Cleaning fee: $125 per stay. This takes into account the NEW government directives for cleaning a rental property.
If pets are approved by owner, this will be on a case-by-case basis--please inquire with owner prior to instant booking. Pets always incur an additional fee. Owners are responsible for ALL damage/injury/mess caused by their pet. Please ask Owner for a copy of the Pet Policy. Service animals MUST remain with their owners at all times, as per ADA; they cannot be left unsupervised in home.
Proceeding with booking constitutes agreement of all terms and conditions, including pet policy. Undisclosed pets or violation of terms incur a fee of $250.
Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended. We cannot offer last minute refunds due to illness or fear of illness (ie. Coronavirus).
Force Majeure:
Owner cannot accept liability where the contract is affected by force majeure. Force majeure is any event that Owner could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, acts of terrorism, adverse weather, government actions, technical problems with transportation, or other events outside of Owner control.
