Located in one of the most desirable and prominent locations of Naples in sunny Florida!
3 bedroom home with modern design, 3000 sq ft pool deck area, spacious backyard,park,BBQ.
**** NEW NEW NEW, POOL HEATER INSTALLED IN NOVEMBER 2020 ****
The fee for pool heating, will be requested for all reservations that take place between October - April.
We welcome all guests who are respectful and appreciate the beauty and nature. Absolutely no loud music or loud parties at anytime! If you desire to have an event you will need to rent the entire place (2houses) and send us any and all details about your event. And we will be happy to consider it! :)
We have 2 houses( both of them is for rent) sitting on the beautiful 2.3 acres land, surrounded by 50 feet high evergreens, oak trees and palm trees with flying around butterflies and birds!
400 feet driveway leading you to our private Orchid Estate!
You will have private access to the house that you rented. The pool and the pool area is shared with the other house who is located on this property.
Pool is shared with the other house located on this property. If you are a larger group of friends or family you can book both houses if available!
The home is turn key/ fully equipped from A to Z, as well as 3000 sq ft pool deck gives you plenty of space to enjoy sun with your family and friends.
We are located just minutes to Ritz Carlton hotel, golf courses, white sandy beaches, stores,restaurants and all fun attractions.
NOTES:
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.

** Mandatory pool heating fee will be requested prior to your arrival, of $25per day if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** Standardoccupancy is 6 guests, can accommodate up to 8 guests (air mattress - queen size for the 7th and 8th guest).After the 6th guest there is a fee of $75per person, per night.
** Refundable damage deposit - $600 (Airbnb holds damage deposit)
* please note house run on well water and you may notice a minor smell of which is due standing lines, and it is normal, please shower for a few minutes and smell will go away.
* We may consider events. They have to be aproved first, and additional fee would apply depending on details provided.
**We may consider pets - $199 pet fee would apply, per pet. Vet documents must be provided as well.
** If the guest is rude in any manner and does not follow all the rules we reserve the right to cancel booking with no refund.
** If you book up to two week stay, light cleaning fee will be required at additional fee! If you stay 1 month then 2 lights cleaning will be applied. This is only for the purpose to keep house/unit/property clean.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.

-SECURITY CAMERAS - Security cameras are located outside for your safety and the safety of the premises. These are OUTSIDE ONLY and must be left on and in working condition.
