Nestled in a serene neighborhood just minutes away from the heart of Naples, Florida, lies a magnificent three-bedroom home. The spacious and well-appointed interiors boast an abundance of natural light and elegant finishes offer a warm and welcoming ambiance.
Outdoor living space includes, a heated pool and spa, and an expansive patio area that is perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of the golf course. 6 miles to 5th avenue, 14 miles to Mercato and 14 miles to Marco Island.
Other Things to Note:
We have a ring camera doorbell at the front door and a motion camera in the pool area. You can clearly see it as you approach the front door and back porch. This device will be operational and can record and be viewed by the host during your stay.
POOL HEAT INFORMATION - Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered. Pool heat is optional for $30 a day with a 2-day minimum. Pool heat will not be scheduled to turn on without the payment. We set the temperature to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Please do not touch the pool equipment at any time under any circumstance. Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule so during your stay a staff member might go to you pool to complete the cleaning. They will not enter the home and only the back patio area.
BBQ Grill - Our property has a BBQ on site available to the guest at an additional one-time fee of $70 USD. We provide unlimited propane for the grill. Once BBQ access is requested and paid for by the guest a reservation specialist will provide you with an access code. No refunds will be given due to none use once access code has been provided and if reported that the BBQ was found used.
