Waking up to nature's view each morning from your balcony, the third bedroom consists of a king-sized bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. The fourth has two twin-size beds with a shared bathroom. A private boat dock gives you the convenience of bringing your own boat or even rent one at any of the local marinas. You are welcome to tie your boat to the dock area when bringing your own or renting! For disclosure, the boat lift is not for guests as the owners occasionally keep their personal boat on the lift and the maintenance vendor will clean and service the boat every few weeks.
