Between them, the open concept kitchen, dining area, living room and den flow together with lots of natural light. A half bath/powder room and the laundry room with full size washer and dryer are located at the front of the house and the 2-car garage provides space for parking 1 guest vehicle and storage of the beach chairs and umbrellas, all included. The ultimate bonus of living in Park Shore is access to the private Park Shore Beach Park, offering free parking and restrooms, located less than a mile from the house! Also within walking distance, you will find Starbuck?s, Fresh Market as well as many other conveniences along US 41.
