What We Love

Framed by palms and lush green landscaping, the home and the guest house are centered around the private courtyard. Here, the radiant Florida sunshine can be enjoyed while you swim in the saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, cook delicious pies in the pizza oven, and simply lounge with those you love.
Inside the main home, discover spacious shared living areas and bedrooms. The gourmet kitchen positively gleams with ample meal prep space, stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an expansive center island. Follow the hand-picked Chicago brick and pine flooring throughout the home into the five bedrooms, each adorned with walk-in closets, surround sound music systems, and high-quality linens. The primary bedroom provides an oasis with two custom walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom adorned with a jetted tub, and a large walk-in shower with four shower heads. The guest house is just as impressive with its well-appointed furnishings, easy outdoor access, and covered patio seating area.
When you want a break from the sun, head for the billiards room, where a custom pool table, bar, and popcorn machine await your entertainment. Additional interior perks include two washers/dryers, central air-conditioning, an art room, an Xbox with video games, and a motor-operated chandelier.
Away from your stay, take the provided golf cart to nearby Florence Moore Turnipseed Park. Or, bike to one of the area's restaurants, shops, movie theaters, or downtown. Horse lovers will appreciate the home's proximity to the World Equestrian Center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
