This charming beach house gives you all the options! Either sit back and relax at the pool in our spacious lanai or only 11 miles away you can visit the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key. It also boasts the convenience of all the shopping and countless restaurants that Sarasota has to offer! This 1648 sq ft home is located in a quiet residential neighbhood. The screened in lanai and landscaping has been newly renovated and it is as large as the house. It is equipped with an outside sitting area with tv, dining table and 6 loungers around the pool. A gas grill is available for your evening cookouts. In the back yard there is also a basketball hoop on a concrete pad. The brand new washer and dryer are located in the garage, as well as an additional refrigerator/freezer. This home is unique in how it was designed with the lanai located in between the garage and the house. It is such a perfect setup because the living room, kitchen, both bathrooms and the master bedroom all have doors that go directly to the lanai! The kitchen is equipped with a brand new stove and refrigerator, coffee pot, air fryer, microwave and blender. The dining room has a glass table that can accommodate 6. The living room has a tv, couch and 2 swivel chairs with a large picture window. Free Wifi is also provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed and tv, beautiful dresser and walk-in closet. There are sliding doors that open up to the lanai with room darkening curtains for privacy. The master bathroom has a tub/shower, single sink vanity and a countertop vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, ironing board/iron and a large window. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bunkbed, closet and a large window as well. The main bathroom has a shower and a 1 sink vanity and a closet for your use. This is an older home and still has 1960's charm, so not all amenities are updated inside the home. We have had excellent responses from previous guests on the cleanliness throughout the home. We provide all linens and towels. We also have beach towels and some basic pool and beach chairs available for your stay. There is no smoking, no pets policy and no parties. Pool is swim at your own risk with no lifeguard, please supervise all children. We hope you feel at home and love this place as we do!
