This private key-less entry studio/private room is located in unincorporated Madeira Beach/Seminole/Bay Pines area. 2miles from Madeira Beach and Redington Beach, 2.5 mi from Redington Shores Bch & Indian Rocks Bch, 7.4 mi from St Petersburg Beach [voted #1 in 2017 Travelers magazine],13 miles from Clearwater Bch,1/2 a mile from Veterans Memorial Hospital & Veterans Park, 1.8 miles from Seminole City Mall [restaurants/stores]and only 3-4 blocks from the famous Pinellas 50 mile Trail. There is also a DD & Super Walmart .9 miles or 2 minute drive with Subway/Nail Salon inside. There is a comfortable queen size bed which sleeps 2, a 46" wall mounted flat screen HD TV with streaming capacity. High speed internet system, as its needed for my remote job.
It has an equipped kitchen (full size refrigerator, microwave, range oven, stove top, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, cooking utensils blender, complimentary coffee) but no dishwasher or garbage disposal. The studio has a closet to hang clothes w/inside shelves, baskets and shelving through-out, and storage bins under the bed. There is a window AC unit, AND a dedicated central AC/heater unit [new] for our Florida heat, and a small additional heater for the February month . Window AC unit MUST be turned off when guests are gone 4+ hours as the dedicated central AC Unit will still be on -double cooling not necessary. Failure to adhere will cause additional charges after check-out with VRBO Resolution Center. There is a washer/dryer, and an outside sink in Utility room [shared space]. The parking is a circular driveway. Please park by mailbox side.
If you are looking for 4 days or 4 week stay or longer, you are covered in this fully furnished, well equipped studio for one or two. The studio is perfect for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers or even family members visiting patients in one of our top 10 rated Memorial VA hospitals in the country. No amenity has been missed for example bottled water for your arrival, coffee samples, tide, and extra towels for face washing and beach towels. One pet is allowed (under 40 lbs) if one guest, tight w/two guests, but doable. There is a $75non-refundable pet fee.1 dog max/ 2 cats max. Pets need to be potty trained 100%, well behaved, no excessive barking and no pets on beds. A detailed walk-through will be completed upon check-out.

DTSP (Downtown St. Petersburg) is a 15-20 minute car ride, and St. Pete Beach (voted #3 Best Beach America by Trip Advisor) is a 15 minute drive. Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores Beach Treasure Island Beach, and Belair Bluff beach are the closest to the studio -all ranging from 2- 5 miles. You will have your own private keyless entry to small studio/private room, and your own bathroom of course. Car port, and driveway are shared as well as washer & dryer, located in car port.
I can be available as much or as little as possible, but I work so may not always be around to greet you. Since it is key-less entry, you can arrive at your leisure. I am always available through text messaging directly via my cell phone number listed on the the site (once confirmed), a simple call, or through VRBO.
Aside from being close to beaches in our coastal area described above, (you will need a car), public transportation is across the street ~ Newly built Seminole City Mall with over 30 stores/shops& restaurants within a mile, and a Super Walmart within 1/2 a mile with a hair salon, nail salon, and Subway inside. Target with Starbucks only 1/2 mile down the road. Dunkin Doughnuts in front of Super Walmart.
