Positive: Cozy quaint little cottage feel. Charmingly decorated and very comfy for our 5 days there. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was much more functional that it appears, we had to prep 2 of the dishes for an 80 guest wedding and did so quite well. We were an extended family of 6 and needed all 4 beds, and it met our needs perfectly. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and gave us a call to let us know the landlord(?) would be coming by in a few minutes to turn on the hot water heater. We would definitely rent this place again.

Negative: We liked it very much, I'm just using this space to point out a few things that weren't obvious (to me) before we checked in and others may find informative. It is a double-wide mobile home that has had several additions that were done very professionally. The master bedroom has a half-bath, the full bath/shower is shared in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom with beds #3 and #4 is a nice large addition that was added to the 2nd bedroom, so you do have to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd. It is on well water which was fine for bathing and cleaning dishes, though you may want to bring bottled water for cooking if you don't like the taste of well water in your ice cubes or coffee. There is a washer/dryer in a tool shed to the side of the back yard patio.

Summary: Quaint, Cozy, Comforting, and very accomodating our party of 6.
