This condo unit is located within Daytona Beach's newest luxury rental condo, The Aruba. As you walk through the doors the beauty of this penthouse condo hits you. On a lucky day, you will be able to see dolphins in the ocean, the river and rocket launches - all from your unit!
As you walk in and remove your shoes you will see the gourmet kitchen straight ahead and to your left the back two bedrooms/bathroom. The kitchen it outfitted with all stainless steel appliances as well as all of your dish-ware, silverware, and counter top amenities including a Keurig.
The back bedrooms include two queen size beds, dresser, and closet in each bedroom. In between the room is a full size bathroom with a vanity, sink, toilet, shower/tub combo.
Walking into the kitchen to your right is the dining area. You will see seating at a beautiful white dining table with seating for six as well as three additional seats at the kitchen barter.

The large expansive wrap around southwest facing balcony is accessed through the living room where you can sit and enjoy the river view sunsets as well as a southern view of the ocean.
