Our two spacious bedrooms, two bath, immaculate Patio Villa offers a wonderful open living concept. It is located in the village of De La Vista West, a quaint and friendly patio villa community.
The fully stocked kitchen offers an open concept looking out into the dining area and living room. You will enjoy cooking in this kitchen while entertaining friends and family. The living room offers a comfortable leather couch that reclines, as well as a love seat next to great lighting for reading a good book. There is a Television available in the living room as well as the primary bedroom. Both bedrooms are spacious with King size beds in both.
The location of this home away from home is ideal. You will have a short two-mile golf cart ride to either Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter. The Tierra Del Sol country club is approximately a half mile away. Here you will find great golfing, a theater, tennis courts, a great pool and the best happy hour in the Villages!!
