The back yard is completely fenced and has a large, covered patio with a gas grille for cooking and relaxing; plus, a fully enclosed and private outdoor shower for quick clean up after your day on the lake. There is a Kayak available in the shed.
Only minutes to a quaint downtown with a craft brewery, a wine store, restaurants and shopping. House has a dock for your boat and a ride on for a wave runner. The public boat ramp at Bishop Park is less than 5 minutes away.
