The space
✅ LUXURIOUS FINISHES: This home was thoughtfully designed and curated with you in mind! Each choice, from the comfortable beds, high-end soft linens, plush pillows & clean, charming aesthetics to the fully functional & renovated kitchen you will love. This vacation home will feel like your home away from home.
🏡 PERFECT FLOOR PLAN: Open plan centralized kitchen/living/dining with access to the large backyard and added entertaining space! The floor plan is ideal for friends getaways or families, with the primary ensuite on one end of the home and the bedrooms in the guest wing on the other with its own bonus living area. [There are 4 bedrooms total but one is a nursery and does not have a bed in it, though a blow-up bed may be made available]. One King ensuite and two other queen bedrooms with a bath immediately adjacent. There is also a pool bath directly off the outdoor area!
🔥 PRIVATE FENCED BACKYARD: Designed around your enjoyment and making memories! There is a large covered seating area as well as covered dining area (for up to 10)! At nighttime you will be wowed with the landscape lighting, LED pool & hottub lights as well as string lights that create such ambiance for your nighttime enjoyment! We also provide a cornhole set for your daytime fun. There are 2 fire features: one gas within the covered seating area and one outside the lanai for smokeless log fires & smores!
🚕 CENTRALLY LOCATED: The home is centrally located to so many of Florida's greatest attractions. It is 30 minutes from downtown Tampa, or 1 hour from world-renowed beaches of Clearwater, Sarasota or St. Pete! It is also 1.5 hours from Disney.
☕️ COMFORTS OF HOME: It really is the small details that will make your stay comfortable. The little amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish soaps, plenty of toiletries and coffee are provided! If there is something that would enhance your stay you recommend I add, I would love to consider it!
🚙 FREE PARKING. There are two free parking spaces in front of the home as well as open-street parking for guests if needed directly in front of the home. No more than 4 cars permitted, please.
🛏️ BEDROOMS
One of the most important parts of your home away from home is a good night’s rest! Each of the beds have hotel-quality linens and at least four pillows. Each bedroom also has its own fan (FL necessity!) for your comfort.
✔️ Primary Ensuite, Bed #1: King ensuite with shower. Has a desk (& fast wifi) for remote-work.
✔️ Guest Bedroom, Bed #2: Queen bed with adjacent bathroom access of Shower/tub combo.

✔️ Guest Bedroom #4: Nursery with crib (or can provide a Queen blow up bed in this room). Has a connected bath with shower. This bath is also the pool bath connected to outside with an entrance too.

Modern, fully equipped, includes microwave, toaster and new SS appliance suite as well as quartz & porcelain counters. We stock some basic items for you such as coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponges & dish soap & etc. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for your preference!
📺 LIVING ROOM
Living room: Two comfy sofas, with 65" Smart TV and a bench for extra seating as-needed for guests!
BONUS: An extra enclosed living space with another 65" Smart TV and fireplace!

We had an amazing time at Kate’s house. This house is beautiful. The pool and the spa were 10/10. We basically didn’t want to leave for anything because we had everything we needed here. It was a very fun weekend and we loved everything about it. Kate was also very responsive. We had some questions and she would respond with minutes. Overall the house was great and we had so much fun.
