Quality and comfort are yours sleeping on our NEW Queen Size Serta Mattress adorned in luxuriously soft and breathable bed sheets by Cariloha.

1 full set (per guest) of luxurious spa-like bath towels are provided.

An outdoor shower with river rock and a high fence for privacy located behind the pink shed and a new tiki hut ideal for some morning yoga or an evening cocktail add to the tropical vibe - be sure to check out our photos!

Free WIFI and a sleek 65' HD Television by Samsung provide everything you need for a calm movie night including Netflix, AppleTV, Peacock, and Youtube TV!

The Laundry Room is located just outside the kitchen door in the adjoining pink shed. Here you will also find Yard Games such as Corn-Hole, BadMitten, Croquette and Board Games including a full Poker Set w/ Playing Cards, Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno & More!

Can't wait to hit the Beach? As as a special treat we have included one Oceanside Beach Pass for our guests. This includes beach chairs, umbrella and/or cabana setup for (2). Beach service is situated on the North side of the famous LWB Pier and directly across from the Historic Lake Worth Casino. (4) Turkish beach towels & 1 custom Pink Monkey straw beach tote provided for your convenience.

Traveling with a Baby? A modern high-chair & sleep/play yard is available upon request at No additional fee!

ENTIRE COTTAGE: At the Pink Monkey Cottage guests will have complete access to the entire cottage and a fully fenced in yard with two seating/dining areas.

PET POLICY: The Pink Monkey Cottage is pet friendly! We allow (1) dog with a weight limit of 25 pounds with the $100 Pet Fee. We ask that you please keep pets off the furniture and use the pet protector provided to cover the sofa during your entire stay. *additional cleaning fees will be charged to the guest through AirBNB's resolution center if damage is caused to the furniture, or if additional pets are brought without permission. Failure to disclose pet will result in an automatic $200 Pet Fee. We are flexible and love dogs so please contact us for permission to have (1) additional pet (an additional $100 fee) and/or a higher weight limit (an additional $50).

BEACH PASS: (1) Oceanside Beach Pass is provided for our guests. Card is in a protective case complete with neck cord. (4) Turkish beach towels & 1 custom Pink Monkey straw beach tote are provided for your convenience. *additional fees of $75 will be charged to the guest through AirBNB's resolution center to replace any lost or stollen beach passes.

CLEANING: The Pink Monkey Cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each check-out, using environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products. Providing an impeccably clean space is our top priority!

ALLERGIES: please notify us of any and all major allergies including NUT as we include them in our snack selection.

Please notify us prior to booking of any allergies to scented plug-ins. Part of creating a relaxing atmosphere includes the use of a fabreez plug-in (Bamboo Scent).

EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in and/or late check-out requests can not be guaranteed. We will notify you on the day of your arrival if an early check-in is possible. per your request. Luggage drop-off is allowed before check-in and is stored in the adjoining pink shed (laundry room).

DISCOUNTS: Our pricing is haggle-free and always represents the lowest and best price we can offer. Check our listing as we typically offer a 10% discount is for monthly stays and 15% discount offered for Seasonal stays (12 week minimum required).
