Positive: Pool was great! Beds comfortable.

Negative: Missing towels for our family of 5 and we felt accused of lying and or stealing when we notified owners. no grill utensils anywhere and no way to light the grill so we had to go shopping. We believe the maid entered the property during our stay to bring towels and adjusted the A/C to 80 while we were out. And then we got a text saying we should have done that.Telling renters to change the A/C to 80 if we leave for a few hours is insane and we should not have to come back to a smoldering house each day and have to wait for it to cool back down. Renters should be notified that someone would be taking care of the pool so they are clothed appropriately when those men arrive. Ice maker frozen up and not producing.
