Welcome to our luxury Villa in sunny Davenport, Florida - very close to Disney and so much more! You will sink into the luxury, memory foam KING mattresses in 3 of the bedrooms for plenty of room to rest and sleep in comfort! The 4th bedroom hosts double bunks for the kids which also have luxury memory foam mattresses! All 4 bedrooms have plenty of room to sleep and hold your luggage! The kitchen is home to brand new SS appliances with a smart fridge that plays the radio! This comfortable private pool home is located in the sought after Calabay Parc development that offers camera security and peace of mind safety! We are minutes from all the Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Florida beaches, golfing, spas, shopping, and dining and much more! You'll find a spacious bathtub in the primary suite where you can soak and relax; a large family room with new comfy couches; and a comfortable separate sitting room for reading, games or just relaxing~ that's two locations to hang out with your family and friends! There are smart tv's in the three main bedrooms, and one in the family room to stream your favorite shows! Our pool has plenty of room to swim! We have large pool towels to use while you stay! Pool is also safety fenced, and each exterior door to the pool has alarms that can be activated for child safety! (Pool can be heated for minimal charge, but you may want to use it to cool off after a hot day!) Pool can be accessed from the family room, and both primary bedroom suites! Dining table/chairs and additional chairs under the covered lanai and around pool to enjoy the outdoors!
