We are proud to feature this gorgeous custom-built, professionally designed pet-friendly home overlooking the Sanibel River and Sanibel Island Golf Club's 8th green. This home is located less than a mile to the beach. It has 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 luxury baths, sleeping up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the beautiful surroundings. Adjacent to the main grand foyer is a private elevator. The formal living & dining room have magnificent views of the Sanibel River and Golf Course. Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen. The living room has a sleeper sofa and state-of-the-art 75" TV and sound system. Walk out to relax on the oversize deck that stretches across the entire length of the house overlooking the heated pool and spa with southern exposure. Downstairs entertain poolside using the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, bar area and oversized patio that matches the size of the upstairs deck. New salt-water pool filtration system, heater and controller replaced in 2019.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, 55" TV and an on-suite remodeled private luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub. There is a spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #1 has a king size bed and 43" flat screen TV. Guest bedroom #2 has two extra-long twin beds which may convert into a king size bed if needed and 43" flat screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share a "Jack-n-Jill" bathroom with double vanity and separate room for toilet and tub/shower.
The house is equipped with seven - 2019 model Smart TVs, and is equipped with a whole house sound system delivered by Echo smart speakers in every room. UV light treatment system has been added to upstairs and downstairs air conditioners in April 2020. High speed internet Wi-Fi is delivered throughout via 12 Xfinity Wi-Fi Pods (including outside areas). Also equipped with a Washer, Dryer, Iron/Ironing Board, Hair Dryers, Keurig Cappuccino Machine, Cuisinart Coffee Machine, Ninja Blender, Water Filtration System, and Large Freezer.
The owner provides 5 bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, miscellaneous beach and pool toys. A ping pong table is included. House also has a large garage, self-inflating queen size air mattress for extra guests and a crib for a little tyke.
This property survived Hurricane Ian with minimal side effects. While the island is not the usual hub of tourism activity, commerce and tourism is returning to Sanibel Island, growing stronger every day. #sanibelstrong
