Situated between the Atlantic Ocean & Banana River Lagoon, there are plenty of local activities & attractions for everyone. Enjoy space coast launches, kayaking nature tours, golfing, shopping, dining & nightlife or simply relax all day surrounded by a lush, tropical landscape.
Bikes are available for rent. 35$ per stay. Contact us to process payment. Ride at your own risk. Please use caution when crossing the street and rinse when finished riding.
We encourage our guests to reach out over the platform. We are very close in the event of emergencies.
Quiet, Dead-end Street located steps from the river and the Beach.
You will have full access to unit A. The upstairs balcony is divided by a hand rail providing a private space with a 2 seat bistro table. Outside your entrance is a small seating area however this space is shared with a common entrance. The side yard is a shared walkway but feel free to place your surf boards and beach equipment along the fence and building. 1 parking space is provided on the mulch area. Door code is provided along with self entry access.

Or take your his and hers bikes 2.5 miles north to downtown Cocoa Beach where you'll find nightlife, lots of dining options and entertainment. Local fine dining is a short walk to the end of the street or head south on foot for Tex mex at Taco City.
Our fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and oven provides for easy dining while watching your favorite apps on our 50" smart Roku TV. Or enjoy a movie using our firestick.
When your ready for sleep find your king suite with private slider's upstairs awaits with a 12 inch memory foam bed to finish off your day.
If extra guests are welcomed we have a queen size IKEA with memory foam sleeper sofa downstairs to accommodate up to 4 guests total.
