Hi. I live in a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home in Clearwater Florida. A private room with shared bathroom and fully furnished is available to host female guests who will share the bathroom with me. This place is close to the beach and downtown. The Bus stop is close by, walking distance. Grocery store, barber shop, restaurants walking distance. I have a screened in porch, a nice backyard, spacious dining and living room. It is very serene and nice here. Come check this home and the room available for rent before it's gone!
Once a month cleaning+utilities included in the price. Long-term rentals are welcome.
I live with my child and a toy poodle.
We mostly speak English at home and I also speak Indian. I am very open to learning about other cultures. I work as a software developer. I cook at home on weekdays but like to eat out on weekends. If I am not going to the park, beach or the zoo, you will see me lounging on my patio, on the swing, listening to music and watching my child play in our beautiful backyard.
