By agreeing to the vrbo rental agreement you are agreeing to these personal guidelines and house rules:
-Your current photo license is required to rent.
-There is no outside back patio activity or front yard activity allowed after
midnight.
-There is no storage on the property.
-Any items left behind that are not in the trash barrel when you leave will incur
a $200 removal fee.
-This property has outside cameras: You agree not to obstruct any camera.
You agree that any footage & audio of any of the people listed as renters, and
any visitors during your rental period, may be used by myself and the
authorities if required. The backyard patio camera may be covered if needed,
this camera must be uncovered after midnight and when you are not home.
There is no inside camera.
This property is for 4 guests only. Additional overnight guests are not allowed.
The person renting must/will be at the rental location for the duration of the
rental. You can not leave early, leaving your friends at the house without you.
No pets are allowed.
This is a non smoking house. There is no smoking of any product in the house.
There is a $500 security deposit.
You agree to set the security alarm each time you leave the house.
Violating any of these rules will terminate the rental agreement immediately.
