First Floor:
The first floor of this home features two master bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (with access to pool deck), the other with a shared hall bath just outside. The living space features an open plan combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room, for ease of movement and socialization. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts stainless appliances, luxury finishes, and high-end cookware. In the dining area you'll find a formal dining table with seating for 10, as well as a bar that seats 3, for sit-down dinners and quick, convenient breakfasts. The living room features a large flat-screen tv with DVD player and cable, as well as a wraparound couch for cozy viewing. In the garage you'll find a portable ac and air hockey table.
External Area:
Out back there's a screened-in pool and spa with stunning views of the lake. A dip in the pool makes the perfect way to start and end each day, as well as an ideal way to cool off in the heat of the afternoon. And it makes for hours of prepaid entertainment your kids will love, for savings you'll love. As well as wet and wild fun, the pool provides more space for everyday life to happen. Located in the open loft, the media room boasts a large flat-screen and plenty of comfy seating perfect for family movie nights.
