It has a large pool, a dock for fishing, and parking a boat on the canal. It has an open floor plan with three bedrooms (king, queen and queen), three full baths, large living room, Florida/sitting room, a sliding glass door off of the kitchen that opens to the pool and patio, fully supplied kitchen and nice laundry room. The third bathroom is pool side, grill is available, along with plenty of outdoor seating in the enclosed pool/lanai area.
