A Dell laptop is also available in your strictly for your use. Kitchen, laundry room, dining room and living room privileges. Large grill in porch is just waiting for you. Parking for non-commercial non-lettered vehicles only. Residence located in quiet deed restricted community. Just four miles from Interstate 75, Wal Mart, Publix and several restaurants. Owner lives on property. This is a shared home. Domesticated pets welcome. I have a small 20 lb sheltie that lives with me.
