Unit has small washer and dryer, large smart tv in living room, hardwood floors ,balcony facing golf course, workout room, sauna, and tennis courts. This property is across the street from the ocean! Outdoor picnic area tables and community room. Lots of shopping and restaurants on the beachfront. HOA allows small pet under 30 lbs with 50 dollar fee. The beach in Flagler is open 24 hours.Swimming pool is open all year! Private entrance to the beach 20 minutes to fabulous Daytona Beach. I include 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 small coolers to take your drinks on the beach. I also have 3 extra large beach towels. Private underground parking, with secure entry to the building. Come get away from the cold!!!
