Summary: From beginning to end this was not a good experience. We arrived and after an indifferent check-in process went to the two rooms and one of them had not been made up or cleaned. Called the front desk and he explained that he had to see it for himself and he came up inside. After some discussion he agreed to go get keys to another room. Although this room had been cleaned, there was staining on the walls and the comforter that looked a lot like blood. And there were for only one towel in the room. Front desk was very indifferent to the concerns
