The Master bedroom features a California king bed, master bathroom with a large tiled shower and dual vanities for plenty of room and privacy. The Guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the sleeper sofa is a queen-size memory foam.
Enjoy the resort style pool, hot tub, smaller pool (heated in the cooler months), six pool side canopies, two gas grills, fire pit area, and a full-service Spa offer the true resort experience. The balcony offers a lounger sofa that is perfect for family time and/or personal quite time as you watch the sunrises and sunsets. The sound of the breeze in the palm trees is so peaceful. No pets - If it is determined you have a pet during your stay you will be charged $100/day per HOA rules and regulations
Quiet Time 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
No smoking
Max guests: 6 (sleeps up to 6 with sleeper sofa) This rule is strictly enforced as it is a fire code. If you have more than 6 people, including babies and children, you will be asked to vacate the condo with no refund.
No towels, clothes, etc hung from balcony railings. You will be charged $100 per violation per HOA rules and regulations
