The water behind the property is very deep. The property has direct gulf access to the Gulf with no fixed bridges to go under. The community has a public boat ramp and there are several local marinas to get boat fuel so feel free to bring your own boat.
The property has a westerly facing back yard with some of the most amazing sunset views.
The home features 4 bedrooms with a floating dock and Direct Gulf access to the Gulf.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, dresser, 2 night stands, double closets, smart televsion, blonds, ceiling fan with a en-suite bathroom. Ensuite bathroom has a barn door, double sink 60in vanity, and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, dresser, 2 night stands, closet, smart television, ceiling fan and blinds.
Bedroom 3 has a queen over queen bunk bed, dresser, closet, smart television, blinds and floor fan.
Bedroom 4 has a pull out queen couch in a den with a barn door, blinds, smart television, game console, games, and separate exterior access.
The living room couch is also a pull out queen bed with smart television located in the same room.
A brand new driveway was recently installed. 4 vehicles can easily be accommodated with room for an additional 2 cars depending on the size of vehicle. A boat trailer can fit in one of the car spaces on the new pavered driveway.
The kitchen has a microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking including plates, wine glasses, cups, coffee mugs and silverware for 12 ppl.

Owner provides wifi access and smart tvs in every room.

The back yard has a 2 adirondack chairs, table and chairs, gas grill, and shed.
The home has 61 feet of waterfront with a floating dock to park your boat. Guests will have access to 4 kayaks and a paddleboard. (Please note there is no fence/railing along the seawall or along the dock.)
There is a hair dryer, iron, and lots of pool towels to take out on the boat.
The property is pet friendly with no tile inside the home. There is a 2 pet maximum and we kindly ask that you keep animals off the furniture or use the pet blankets provided at the property for animals. At this time the back yard is not fenced in.
There is a washer and dryer for the guests use in the garage.
Property has a pack and play for infants.
