This delightful rental makes the perfect beach getaway - simply step out the back door onto your own private patio that leads straight to the beach and renovated complex pool!
Our newly-updated condo is tastefully appointed and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, high-speed WiFi, and TVs and a DVD player. When needed, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area within AIP, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings, with the best views and closest beach access. Guests enjoy access to the spacious, renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

*Please note there are stairs required both inside and outside the unit, and the walk from the parking lot may be more challenging for some.
**Only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee per dog will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
