The kitchen with granite countertops is new as are the baths, one with a walk-in tiled shower and the other with a tub. All furnishings are top quality. You will also find beach chairs, towels, linens, a well-appointed kitchen, Samsung 50" Smart-TV allowing you to watch YouTube and listen to music, telephone (unlimited local and long-distance calls in the US and Canada), Wi-Fi, CD player, microwave, and everything else you need. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with a tub. The house comes with two parking places, one enclosed, one open.
