KING + 2 QUEEN/2.5 BATH Suite in the Atlantic Tower (hotel side) of ONE BAL HARBOUR! ~ 1700 sq.ft. + 3 BALCONIES (unobstructed MILES OF OCEAN views), private elevator entry for both rooms: 1BD Suite has flow-through city & ocean views, featuring walk-in closet, separate half-bath for guests, full open kitchen and living room with sub-zero fridge, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and dining area. Studio Suite has Oceanfront Balcony, Bedroom & Bathroom, Workspace & Mini-Fridge. Both Rooms combine to form the 2-BED Suite. This unit is the HIGHEST FLOOR (16), MOST OCEANFRONT SUITE IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING (you cannot get better than this unless you book the Presidential Suite through the hotel). ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES: beach, pool, spa, fitness, restaurants but you must pay for everything on site (cannot bill to room). Housekeeping, Room Service, WiFi NOT included. Hotel charges separate fee for resort & valet. You must request the rollaway bed and crib upon booking for an extra charge of $75 per item.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. Please let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings at a charge of $295 per cleaning payable directly to the housekeeper. The Village of Bal Harbour charges an additional 4% sales tax which is reflected in the community fee. Airbnb collects the 7% state sales tax and we pay the 4% village tax directly every month.

OUR CLEANING PROCEDURES:
Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, our cleaning staff was meticulous in keeping our suite sanitized and clean for our guests by washing towels and sheets in an off-site commercial grade laundromat where they could even iron press the sheets to perfection. We professionally steam clean our carpets and fabrics every 90 days, perform vent (airway duct) cleanings every two years, and always use MERV13 AC filters (they work against viruses)! We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and enjoy your time in our wonderful property. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to address any concerns.
This is a KING + 2 QUEEN 2-bedroom suite. It may be split into 2 suites, if you like. There is an option to book just the studio suite (there is no kitchen, washer or dryer, but you have 2 mini-fridges), OR the 1-bedroom suite (1 King Bedroom with full kitchen, washer, dryer). You have a private elevator foyer directly to your suite. You will be officially registered as guests of the suite and have access to all the same amenities as guests of the hotel. You may not charge anything to the room. Everything must be paid directly to the restaurant, spa, etc. Housekeeping is NOT included. This may be arranged directly with the host for an additional charge of around $295+ per cleaning, depending on scope of work (you may request laundry and dry cleaning as well).

Bedrooms offer ambient lighting and plush bedding and the closets feature floor to ceiling mirrors. There are two direct ocean view terraces, and one direct city view terrace. There is a living, dining, and work area. Full kitchen with small dishwasher and washer/dryer!

The bedroom features ambient lighting and plush bedding and the walk-in closet has a floor to ceiling mirror. The suite cuts through the building, allowing for both ocean and city views.
