There is a poker table for up to 6 players with a full poker set included and you can mix up cocktails at the bar (alcohol not included). The game room is stocked with board games and card games for all ages as well as six arcade games, Ping Pong, Foosball and basketball.
The backyard oasis features two screened in lanais with tons of seating for the group! There is also a charcoal grille, outdoor dining, two hammocks, corn hole, a wood burning fire pit, and a hot tub with lights and massage jets. Enjoy the gorgeous view and watch the manatees, turtles and even dolphins in the backyard. There is a 12ft floating island for you to enjoy with six kayaks, and one paddle board all included with this home.
