There is an attached sunroom with a double bed and room divider for privacy as well as a comfortable double futon in the living room area. Sleeps a total of 7 people. The home has an additional screened-in porch and deck located at the back of the property with a gorgeous view overlooking the river! You also have use of a community pool, dock, fish cleaning station and boat slip. The rental is very close to several of the favorite "local" watering holes and restaurants and we offer a golfcart for a small additional fee. Bring your boat or rent one locally to fish or spend a leisurely day at one of the nearby springs. The Manatees come into the springs during the cold months and they are awesome to see.
