Plenty of vehicle and boat/boat trailer parking with room to enjoy outdoor cooking and relaxing along the river.
New construction home in private community. Very peaceful and quiet with landscaped grounds.
You will have access to the entire home, community private pool, community private boat ramp and community private boat slips.
