Positive: The home, property & amenities were amazing! Also very clean! I can tell the owners put in time & money in the renovation & was stocked with top of the line details. However, the property management company seems to be the problem. The large yard would’ve been amazing for my dogs & son, however it looked like it hadn’t been mowed in at least a month. My small dog was completely covered in burs & had to pay over $100 to get him groomed upon returning home. The property manager I spoke with to see if someone could come mow, kept making excuses after excuse why no one could come. To be honest it kind of put a damper on the fun of our trip. I was constantly trying to get to comb the burs out, then they were getting all over the house & on our clothes. Was very annoying. Also, we were afraid that the electronic door lock was going to stop working on us, as it kept saying “low battery, replace now”. Another thing, was that there wasn’t basics like salt, garlic salt, olive oil, etc. it made it hard to cook without buying every little thing.
