This waterfront home sits on a canal leading to the Gulf and Weeki Wachee River and it is equipped with all you need to enjoy Old Florida.
THE SPACE-
Manatee Tales is a recently remodeled home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - sleeps 5. It is the perfect home for a family vacation, or a peaceful spot for a couple getaway! You are renting the entire house-1008 sq ft.
MASTER BEDROOM- features a queen sized bed, and en suite bath dresser and sizable closet.
SECOND BEDROOM- features a twin bunk bed and a twin single bed.
BATHROOMS- Both bathrooms have shower/tub and comes complete with basic toiletries and bath towels.
KITCHEN- Enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils/appliances you need. Cooking basics, drip coffee maker, & flatware provided.
FAMILY ROOM- Enjoy spacious living room featuring 55” Smart TV with cable, large couch with built in recliners, 5 person dining room table and a beautiful view of the river!
LAUNDRY- Washer & dryer onsite for your needs during your stay.
PORCH- House has a huge screened porch with plenty of space for dining and rocking chairs for relaxing and viewing the river!
-OUTSIDE ENJOYMENT-
Home comes with full use of 5 kayaks (1 tandem & 4 adult). There are two floating docks for you to fish, sun bathe or tie your boat to. The double lot gives you plenty of space to enjoy the fire pit in the evening, a game of corn hole or relax in the hammock with the river steps away to head out on a kayaking adventure. Charcoal grill and two picnic tables provided for your outdoor dining enjoyment.
Guests will have access to the whole house, and will have the property to themselves. We are in a neighborhood and must be respectful of the neighbors. The number of guests that are allowed is 5. The host reserves the rights to access the property for purposes of repair, maintenance, or suspicious activity. There are security cameras on the outside of the home that are not to be tampered with.
The guest(s) will use the river at the guest’s own risk. The owners will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the guest and/or the guest’s occupants when using the river, staircases, or grill.
