These are three separate, side-by-side 2-bedroom apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit have its own living space and kitchen.
The Space:
LOCATION: Just a block away from North Shore Park Beach, and 10 minutes by car from South Beach, Harding Ave by Sextant is the perfect home base for enjoying the beach and exploring everything that Miami has to offer.
Experience the city, the sun, and the sand, then come back and relax, because Harding Ave features a private rooftop with a hot tub.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
Room Assignment: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOMS: All 6 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. There is an additional half bathroom located in each unit as well.
KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the roof top with hot tub and BBQ.
PARKING: The building has 6 unassigned spaces that are available on a first come, first serve basis. Oversized vehicles must use the public parking lot located at 8040 Collins Ave, just 2 blocks away.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
