The open floor plan of Royal Pelican 381 makes it easy for everyone to gather and mingle. The large living room has plenty of seating and an HDTV for your pleasure. It conveniently opens onto the screened lanai where you can view all the canal’s activities and enjoy a tropical breeze. The Primary Suite with its huge king sized bed also opens onto the lanai. Just image watching beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your own bed!
Guests will be just as comfortable as you in the second bedroom with its queen sized bed. The sleep sofa also provides accommodations for additional guests. There are flat screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for everyone to get ready for the day’s activities!
The kitchen of Royal Pelican 381 is equipped with everything you need to make light work of meal preparation. All the utensils and gadgets necessary are provided. And with a large table in the dining area, a bar area, a table in the kitchen and one on the screened lanai, there is plenty of seating for all your guests to enjoy a meal at the same time. No shift eating here!

Royal Pelican enjoys a premier location in the heart of Fort Myers Beach South Island! It is within walking distance to sandy beaches and gorgeous canals. Just a short walk away is Santini Marina Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. Times Square is also close. Trolleys run north to south on the island making travel easy and affordable. With all these activities to choose from you better plan on staying for the entire winter! There is a monthly minimum for January, February, and March. This unit is not available April through December. There is a one time end of stay cleaning fee of $125.00, a security damage fee of $65.00, an amenity fee of 3.95% and tax is 11%.
