This RV lot is located at Venture Out, a gated community, on the shores of Cudjoe Key, with 24hr security. Enjoy its MANY amenities including nearby laundry and shower facilities, a marina for boat launching, convenience store, boat fuel, playground, heated Olympic-sized pool, hot tub, ocean swimming area, ocean front beach area, pickleball, tennis, bocce, a pavilion and playground, clubhouse with free wifi, activity center where they host a pancake breakfast every Saturday, and even church on Sundays. NOTE Must Read! Venture Out Resort charges a one-time entrance fee of $105.12 plus tax ( a total of $113 ) paid at the gate when you arrive, which covers everyone in your party. This fee gives you unlimited use of the Resort's amenities including the 80 foot heated swimming pool.

This is a pet friendly RV-lot. You must follow all Venture Out Rules. Such as walking your dog outside of the park. There is a $100 pet fee, per stay. 2 Dogs maximum. When booking, be sure to mention your pets, so that you are properly charged. The Gate will not allow you access without advance notice and payment.
There is an Administrative Fee of $50.
