Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only and are located at the front door, garage, and pool gates. Outside cameras are for your safety, our property care and management. Our management uses the cameras to help monitor pest control, garbage disposal, lawn care, pool care, propane tank delivery, HVAC maintenance, animal/reptile surveillance, cleaner hourly log tracking, and handyman service calls.
Optional pool heat (Nov–Mar) $25/day, request 48 hrs in advance.
Important: After booking, you will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement and complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
