On entry, you will step into a spacious great room with open plan living, 12-foot ceilings, and huge glass sliders overlooking the water. No expense has been spared in the design and elegant decor of this spectacular home. Enjoy leather reclining sofas, comfortable chairs, an entertainment area with a flat-screen TV. The den, at the front of the home, provides additional living space with a comfortable couch, wide desk workspace, and flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is gorgeous with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an oversized island with bar stools for casual dining. The additional dining area with seating for 8 has picture windows overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of serving/cooking utensils, and staple items. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with a washer/dryer and a side door entry to a double car garage.
The master bedroom suite is a luxurious space with a king-size bed, Bahamian-style furniture, and a private sitting area with a loveseat and flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a garden tub and a large walk-in shower. There are his and hers sinks, 2 vanities, and a separate toilet room.
The 2nd master is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is a private space with water views and its door to the lanai. In a separate part of the home, there are 2 more bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double beds) which share a 5 pc bathroom (double sinks)

Summary: Phenomenal home for a family vacation. This is the second home we have reserved with TMI and they never disappoint. Probably the best vacation home we have rented over the years. The view from the pool of Lemon Bay is spectacular! Rooms are spacious and the pool size was great for our grandsons (ages 10 and 7) and 6 adults. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. A short walk or 2 minute drive to Manasota Key Beach, with enough chairs, umbrella and beach accessories for all to use.. The kitchen has everything you need. V A perfect open floor plan with privacy for all as needed. Very centrally located to shopping and restaurants in Venice and Englewood. From our numerous vacation experiences, TMI management is by far the best property management company you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Lesley and Doreen are personable, knowledgeable and caring professionals. We have already reserved with them for next summer! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
