Welcome to Searenity, a relaxing home in Panama City's Bid-A-Wee Beach community. Built in 2016, this home features an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms (2 rooms being master suites), and 3.5 bathrooms. One of the master suites is on the main floor and the entire main floor is accessible without steps. It can comfortably sleep 8 guests. The best feature is the less than a 2-minute walk to the sun-kissed beaches of the Emerald coast! Bid-A-Wee community offers private, gated, beach entrances only accessible by neighborhood residents and their guests to ensure minimal crowds on a natural dune-lined beach. It is a beautiful area unlike any other in Panama City Beach.

You must completely read the house rules below and give the key phrases before a reservation will be agreed to.
By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the following house rules:
** MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 YEARS OLD **
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years or older and will be required to show a valid state issued I.D. prior to booking. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be an automatic eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
We cater to family groups only. We do NOT rent to high school or college groups.
** NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED **
The guest who books the house is responsible for the behavior of ALL guests in the house. It is the responsibility of the guest booking the reservation to share a copy of these rules with all the guests in the house. We expect all guest to be responsible and treat the house with respect. As the person making the reservation, you are responsible for any damages to the property, regardless of who makes them.
House parties with excessive drinking and disorderly conduct are not acceptable and will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
There will be an additional cleaning fee charge, minimum $300, if any vomit, urine, or bodily fluids are found in the house.
** SMOKING/VAPING/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY **
DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE INDOORS. Smoking or vaping is not allowed within 10 feet of any doors or windows. Make sure you clean up after yourself as ashtrays are not provided. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $400.00 if there is evidence of smoking found on the property. Examples are cigarette butt remains, any burn damage, or smoke smell in the house.
Do not empty ashes or butts into the indoor garbage. Ashes and butts may be emptied in the aluminum grilling ash can.
No illegal substances or criminal activity is allowed on the property. Illegal activity will be grounds for IMMEDIATE eviction with no refunds.
Make sure to mention "CAPTAIN KIRK SENT YOU" when you request a reservation, so that we know you have read these rules. :-)
** PARKING **
The house has a shared driveway. You can park 2 cars on the driveway closest to the house (side of the house) and 1 (one) car on the concrete pad directly in front of the house. Do NOT park on the road as your car will be towed due to city rules.
** OUR NEIGHBORHOOD **
Bid-a-Wee is a quiet, family neighborhood. Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level between the hours of 10 p.m.-7 a.m. as to not disturb our neighbors.
If police are called because of disturbances in the house or noise levels, it will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds.
Music with explicit lyrics is not allowed outside of the home.
** PETS NOT ALLOWED **
Due to allergies, we are not able to have any animals (dogs, cats, etc.) in our home. You will be held responsible for ANY and ALL damages caused by animals you bring into the home with or without our knowledge whether they be 2-legged, 4-legged or 0-legged, furry, feathery or scaly.
** ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT ALLOWED **
Only guests in the booking party are allowed in the house. Inviting any other person into the house will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
** MESSES **
Messes in the house must be cleaned using the proper tool. Do not attempt to clean up any liquid with the vacuum cleaner. You will be responsible for the replacement of the vacuum cleaner, or any other item broken in the house due to misuse.
Any items that have sand on them (including clothing and towels) are to be rinsed off or shaken out to remove sand prior to entering the house. There is an outdoor shower conveniently located at the back of the house for the guests to use. Also, each person must rinse off prior to entering the home after coming back from the beach. There will be an additional $50.00 cleaning fee if the housekeeper finds excessive amounts of sand in the house. We understand that sand is inevitable, but if excessive amounts of sand is found in our washer or dryer due to clothes/towels not being shaken off, there will be a $75.00 service charge due to wear and tear on the machines.
Guest must shower and make sure all sunscreen and/or suntan oil and lotion is removed from the body before getting on any furniture/beds in house. Please DO NOT sit on any furniture/beds with wet bathing suits/clothing! Any damage to any fabrics will result being charged for the cleaning fee or replacement of damaged items.
** FURNISHINGS **
Indoor furnishings are not allowed to be taken outdoors. You will be responsible for any damages due to misuse of indoor furnishings. (i.e. kitchen appliances, chairs, tables, mattresses, ect.)
** HAMMOCK AND GRILL **
The hammock is stored in the seat of the bench. make sure to put the hammock away. Do not allow it to get rained on as It takes a long time to dry. You will be charged $50 for cleaning if the hammock is put away wet and sours.
A Webber charcoal grill is provided for you to use during your stay. A charcoal starter chimney and basic grilling tools are provided. Charcoal is not provided. Please clean up after yourself. Our cleaning staff does not clean the grills. Place cool ashes in the aluminum ash bucket provided. Do not use pots and pans on grill.
** OUTDOOR CAMERAS **
There are 3 outdoor cameras for the home's security and your safety. These are NOT to be tampered with in any way. Disabling the outside security cameras will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If the devices stop working, we will come by to remedy the situation and get them back online. If any camera has been deliberately disabled, the group will be evicted with no refunds.
** RIGHT TO ENTER **
Host has the right to inspect the home at any time for any purpose, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, inspections, verification of guest status, monitoring of proper use of the home, improvements to the home, enforcing the terms of this agreement, attending to an emergency, or any other reason. Host will provide 1 (one) hour notice to guests by phone, email, or text; except in case of emergency where no notice is required.
