Short bike ride to the beach, less than a mile. We are pet friendly. No aggressive breeds. We will determine the description of an aggressive breed.
The apartment comes with one bedroom, kitchen, living area, and one private bath (with shower). Private bedroom that has an entrance right out to a screened in-ground pool (not heated). The pool is not included in the rental BUT you are welcome to use it. Stove, Washer and Dryer included. Fully furnished and equipped, ready to go. Wi-Fi available for TV streaming. Air conditioned. All utilities included. Off street parking for two cars. Community dock at the end of the block for relaxation and dolphin watching (no dock space or mooring). It never snows here !!
