This beautiful home sits on a peaceful basin offering open views of the water and a relaxing breeze that will make you feel you’re in paradise right away. “No shoes...no shirt...no problem...” kick up your feet in the comfy downstairs lounge area couch, with a cold drink in hand, and your favorite tunes playing from the 65” outdoor flat screen.
The home offers 52 feet of dock space with bumpers to protect your boat, and plenty of space on either side of the house to safely park your truck and trailer. It’s conveniently located in Key Largo on mile marker 103, close to everything and anything you will need. The home is minutes from great restaurants (Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill, Sundowner’s, Gilbert’s, Bayside Grill, Pilot House, Snappers), attractions (John Pennekamp, Dolphins Plus, Theatre of the Sea), groceries/shopping, etc. Take a day trip to Miami in about an hour, or head south visiting the beautiful archipelago of islands the Florida Keys offers all the way down to Key West. Whether by car, or by boat, there’s always something to do.
Boating enthusiasts can enjoy world class fishing via a short ride to the ocean side through Adams cut or Tavernier creek. Prefer to hang out at a sandbar? Take your boat to the popular Islamorada sandbar for a fun-filled day - enjoy the views, make new friends. Be sure to visit the Pincho barge for delicious food options and the best seasoned fries! Nest Key is also pretty close by for a more low-key outing. And of course on a flat day, nothing beats the crystal clear blue waters of Mosquito Bank or Alligator reef - both a must-see.
