Access to miles of walking/biking paths steps from your door and just a five minute walk to restaurants and boutique shopping. Two world class golf courses within a five minute drive!
Beautiful custom decorating with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, bronze fixtures throughout along with Ralph Lauren carpeting and custom paint colors.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a separate soaker tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twins, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The second bath has a full size tub/shower.
Our condo has full size washer and dryer in the unit. Huge 27' x 15' screened-in balcony/lanai with an eating area and a separate sitting area. Gorgeous pool, hot tub and cabana area has recently been completed and opened.
