Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks- 5 mile drive. Most known for fantastic Greek food. Lots of quaint shops and ourside bistro style restaurants by the water.
Pinellas Trail- within steps from the home, it’s a 38 mile bike/walking trail stretching from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg. This trail is great for exercise or roller blading . Bikes are available for rent along the trail .

NO tampering with any of the pool equipment.
No glass in the pool/lounge area.
Please place pool lounge chairs under the covers when not in use.
Shut off all outside lights before going to bed, including the pool light.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is permitted of course.
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from the host. Only the number of guests indicated in the booking are allowed at the property.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible.
