THE MAIN LEVEL

Leather sofas gather around the stone fireplace, and the windows open to an expansive deck built for long dinners and longer sunsets — gas grill, gas fire table, and outdoor dining with nothing but woods and water beyond. Down in the yard, a wood-burning fire pit and four Adirondack chairs wait for the marshmallows.
ROOM TO RELAX AND PLAY
When it is time for a little friendly competition, the lower level delivers: a TV lounge and a converted garage turned game room with a pool table and air hockey, plus an arcade game for the kids. Upstairs, a cozy reading nook on the landing is the quiet corner everyone will claim.
