The owners assure you that this Condo is top-notch, and one of the finest Condos in the Seychelles Condominium. This is a non-smoking unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an array of additional small appliances on-site. A Washer and a Dryer are in the Laundry Room. Your hosts, Catherine and Greg Cordner will greet you upon arrival, to insure that your check-in is a smooth process.
RENTAL: Minimum stay is 14-Night. This unit is perfect for leasing long-term, as the unit is fully equipped. Flat Screen TVs are in each Bedroom, while the Living Room boasts a 70" Widescreen. Spectrum Cable is the service provider.
Amenities: This location is just north of Ponce Inlet and Restaurants, Bars, etc. It is also adjacent to the main bridge at Dunlawton, the key passage to the mainland, US-1 and just minutes I-95. Parking is secured in underground garage. Balcony Patios are the full width of the condo unit. A Hot-Tub is located on site as well as exercise gym. We are located about an hour from the Spacecoast, NASA, and 90 minutes to Disney, about an hour to Orlando. Daytona Speedway is just north 5 miles. New Smyrna Beach is 20 minutes South, Flagler Beach is 40 minutes North, St Augustine one hour.
