Minutes to both north and south bay fronts with easy access to water sports, boat rentals, fishing and all recreational activities including Jet Skis and Wave Runners. Easy access to all Seaside height attractions such as waterpark, family golf and Go-karts. Only eight minutes to the Boardwalk and the beach. Summer weekly rentals will include parking season pass for one car closer to the beach as well as Five (5) adult beach passes.
Spacious rooms, well-furnished interiors with King Bed in master suite, Queen beds in two other rooms and 3-person bunk-bed in kid’s room. One Bed room in 2nd floor and the house can easily accommodate two families. Equipped with brand new washer and dryer. Fully functional kitchen with brand new appliances, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. 65-inch smart TV in the living room , smart TV in master bedroom, cable and 300Mpbs WiFi. Central AC with 2-Zones and ceiling fans in all bed rooms.
The outdoor space includes two decks, 1 from the living room and other from the master bed room with the view of the bay and sunset. The backyard covered patio is fully fenced with a gas grill and private outdoor shower. Property has two parking spots and ample free parking across the street in the township lot. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler also provided in the house.
