On your right you have a huge main bedroom with a king bed and big private ensuite with a large soak in tub and walk-in shower. Walk to your second bedroom with a queen bedroom with a ensuite bathroom, third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds with shareable bathroom, great for the kids to enjoy. Lastly, you have the fourth bedroom with a full-size bed and shareable bathroom. Last not but least the game room equipped with a pool table and foosball game. The beautiful home has an amazing pool to soak in the sun and cool of with the Florida heat all year round. All rooms have TV’s for anyone to enjoy! Not included in our rental price: pool heating. Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities (heated community pool and spa, game room, mini-golf...) *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
