The Space:
SoHo Hacienda is an updated Spanish-style home with a fully-stocked kitchen and offers a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the main house as well as a Pool House Studio equipped with a comfy queen sized bed and full bathroom. This single story home + suite sit just a few short blocks from bustling S. Howard Ave and are a 3 minute drive from Bayshore Beautiful.

The updated "chef's" kitchen boasts beautiful black granite countertops, a fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, gas range, and is equipped with all the cookware you need! Fully stocked with coffee supplies, wake up and treat yourself to a cup of coffee on your front porch or out back by the sparkling plunge pool. Take advantage of your private laundry room with complimentary laundry detergent, located out back by the pool.
Enjoy free high speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back, relax, and grill out in your own private outdoor space via a door connected to the master bedroom or through the gate by the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Palma Ceia is a lovely community boasting small local businesses, historic homes and lush scenery. Neighboring both Hyde Park and S Howard Ave, there is never a shortage of things to do! Hyde Park Village is a local favorite and a bustling hot spot for visitors with delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! Bayshore Boulevard is 1/2 a mile away, Downtown Tampa is 3 miles away and the Tampa International Airport is a quick 15-minute drive away. Chill Bros Scoop Shop and Datz + Dough are some of our teams' favorite spots in the area!
Getting Around:
Palma Ceia & SoHo are very walkable areas but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.
Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- The property consists of one 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom main house and rear guest house studio with 1 bathroom.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $15/night, charged after the reservation is booked. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers private parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles as well as FREE street parking.
